Reservation Request

2008 Rental Season Information

PRIME RATES are in effect June 14-August 23. A 20% discount will be effective at all other times for a MINIMUM of a weeks reservation. Any reservations less than one week (3 day minimum) will be charged at prime rates (weekly rate divided by 5 = nightly rate). Our season opens May 10 and closes September 30

EXTRA PERSON CHARGE is $75 per week or $15 per night. MAXIMUM of two additional people per cabin occupancy rate. Children age 2 and under stay for free

SORRY, NO PETS. We like pets too and know that while most are well behaved, some of our vacationers may have a fear of your pet or have an allergy that would make their vacation uncomfortable. Therefore, we cannot tolerate ANY type of pet on the premises. We appreciate your compliance with this rule and will be happy to provide you with the information regarding area boarding kennels.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES. To assure you the level of cleanliness of which we are proud, please OBSERVE our check-in time of 5:00 PM and check-out time of 9:00 AM on SATURDAYS.

DAY GUESTS. We hope that you can appreciate that the amenities, including the cabins, activities, facilities, and services provided are for the EXCLUSIVE use and enjoyment of our registered guests. ALL day guests MUST be registered at the Lodge and there will be a $30 per guest, per day charge. Please do not ask for exceptions.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY. A deposit of $100 per bedroom; per week must accompany your reservation. Registration is NON transferable You are responsible for the entire weeks stay. Phone reservations will be held for 5 days only with out deposit. Your deposit, less $25 handling fee per cabin week, is refunded ONLY after cabin is re-rented with the dates you reserved.

PAYMENT OF BILL. Sorry...due to the bookkeeping involved with the individual ownership, we are unable to accept payment by credit card. You personal check, money order or cash are accepted. Weekly bills are prepared by noon on Friday. WE APPRECIATE YOU SETTLING YOUR ACCOUNT BY FRIDAY 10:00 PM..
